Under Units and Calories in the Settings, make sure that Show Calories is turned on if you would like to see calories and macro totals for recipes and meals. It is on when it is dark blue and to the right.
You can also set a daily calorie limit here as well by clicking on Calorie Goal and entering the number of calories. When you go over this limit, it will turn red within the meal plan.
All macros will show on your meal plan for individual recipes as well as full meals.
If you are using a dinner-only meal plan, make sure to set a goal that makes sense just for dinner.
